We have all the components updated, we have deactivated all the plugins but it is a theme thing since they disappear when I remove your theme. I put in a fix for an issue in July which was to amend the functions.php file.

After amendment the website was available shortly but the site has subsequently crashed again.

I've attempted several times to obtain a response without any success.

Any help would be appreciated.
