3rd level menu colour change

ISSUE 1:
I have an issue with visibility on my 3rd level menu text.
View the following please:

Home

About > Partners > then you’ll see the 3rd level menu text is grey.

I have tried to amend this in settings and I can’t. I would like the 3rd level text to be white, and separating lines to be white

ISSUE 2:
In the header you will see a PLEASE DONATE button. The HTML code for this should make it open in a new window when clicked, but there must be a code clash as this doesn’t happen. Could you help me fix this please.
