Automatic padding applied on mobile.

Hiya guys, for the life of me I cannot understand why this is included as it makes lining anything up impossible.

When you create a row with content inside etc and view on the desktop, table everything is fine, the design is reflected perfectly however once you switch to a mobile 40px is added to the bottom and it knocks out the whole design.. why and why would it only be added to the bottom.

is there any way to disable this as its causing me huge issues from a layout point of view.
