Black/Gray bar shown on the top of the website

Hello,

Infobar is deactivated on our website and the + thing in the right of the page is not there.
Now, even though there should be nothing on the top of the page we have a gray bar there and I can’t seem to find a way to get rid of it. By searching through the tickets here and by opening some other example website, I’ve seen they have it too but on your demo it isn’t.

Take a look for example here: (took a website from another ticket)
http://www.franz-von-sales.org/ – Right on the top, without scrolling down, you will notice a black bar on the top. If you scroll down it’s gone.

If you now take a look at http://inovado.hellominti.com that black bar is not there.

How can I get rid of it?
