Blog element of Minti Themes

Hi, I have some questions about Blog element of Minti Themes.

All of them show just the last post for what I see, is it possible to show the “Populars or More read”?

Another question is about “excerpts” in this element. It only shows a resume based on the content, and not the real excerpt I inserted on the post. Is it possible to use the excerpt of the post instead of using the content?
