Breadcrumbs and Portfolio issue

hello.

i have changed the slug under theme-options -> portfolio. i changed the default “portfolio-item” to “galerie”

so the problem now is that if i click on a portfolio item it still says in breadcrumbs: Home -> Portfolio -> Item

instead of

Home -> Galerie -> Item

and also the Portfolio isnt clickable (no link)

can you please help me?
