Cannot activate WPBakery plugin that came with Unicon WP theme

I did not see the “plugins” zip folder in my downloads but was able it install the plugin separately. When I try to activate it, it says “no license found”. Was this because I did not install it from the downloaded zip files from ThemeForest.net? How can I get a properly working WpBakery/Visual Composer plugin that supposedly came with my Unicon theme download?
