Cart link in header – deprecated function when upgrading to PHP 8

I am testing PHP 8. I am working on a staging site. I see two issues:

1. When upgrading to PHP 8, I cannot click on the cart link in the header. I see this error when hovering over the link:

Deprecated: Function WC_Cart:get_cart_url is deprecated since version 2.5! Use wc_get_cart_url instead.

2. On the admin dashboard, I see this Notice:

Notice: Function add_submenu_page was called incorrectly. The seventh parameter passed to add_submenu_page() should be numeric representing menu position.

Please advise on how these errors can be resolved.

Inovado theme version is 4.6.11.
