Change shop layout from single column view to 2 columns

I’m using Version 2 Header Layout. How can I move the search bar all the way to the top above Pre-Orders link?

Also trying to add the search button next to the cart button in mobile view. what should I edit?

Lastly, how do I change the shop layout from single column view to 2 columns.
