CONTACT FORM NOT SHOWING MESSAGE BEING SENT

Hi,
I tested the contact form and I am encountering several issues:

1. The form is not signaling if someone is entering a wrong field e.g. I added a sentence instead of the mobile number and it still let me do it – so its not checking if the fields are valid (either with number or email for example)

2. Once pressing “SEND”, there is no message appearing saying that the form has been sent – it stays exactly as it is.

3. The message hasn’t been sent and the recipient hasn’t received the message either.

4. I tested all the forms, and none of them worked.
