Disable Map dragging on Mobile

I need to enable dragging the map on the tablet/desktop layout while disable it to on mobile because given the size of phone screens when users scroll the page they end being locked on the map and not being able to scroll further down the page. Is there a way to achieve this either via settings or CSS without having to do JS code?
