google maps issue

I have an issue where my map isn’t showing, i just get a blank white screen. No errors in the console with the map. I have one error showing from a plugin which i disabled with still no joy. I have followed the instructions to create the api key and allow the domain as a referrer on the google console. I inserted the key into the VC element, but still nothing shows.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Running WP 4.7.3 and theme 2.3.1
