H1, H2, H3 Defaults configuration are not being detected.

When we create a heading element in pages and blogs, the configured styles in the theme are not being applied.

To replicate:

1. Go to : http://eldorado2016.wpengine.com/16871/
2. Inspect the heading elements using chrome or mozilla developer tool .
3. The rendered styles for header is http://snippi.com/s/qejwb90

We expect the following configuration:
