Header 3 to allow PHP/shortcode

Hi there. I was instructed to consult the forum for a potential shortcode inclusion. I’m trying to insert this translation plug-in shortcode: https://wordpress.org/plugins/gtranslate/ into the “Slogan” section of Header 3. It actually works great when placed in the “menus” section, but we need to wrap the shortcode in a <div> so that labels remain in English, regardless of the language selected.
