I’m using you UNICON Theme and when I go to use the image gallery plugin sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Most of the time it just will not work and I have to disconnect from the site and try logging back in. It’s very slow and painful. I’ve been trying to build a site for a client and it’s taking way to long. I contacted the makers of the plugin and they say it’s on your end. Here’s how they responded to my support question:
“The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.”
In the past 6 months I purchased your UNICON theme for over 4 clients and this is the first time I’ve had an issue, and is the first time I’ve used the image gallery as well. Any thoughts?
