Include Sales Team Page in Search Index

Thank you for the awesome, easy to use theme. Is there a way to include our Sales Team page https://www.bankersinsurance.net/about/staff/ in the index that the site search uses? We just had someone use the search function in the navigation bar to search for a member of our sales team “Atwood”. Although Atwood is mentioned on the Sales Team page, no search results were returned. This may have to do with the fact that the Sales Team page is populated by a team member plugin. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
