“Would you like to activate your version of Revolution Slider”

That activation message can be ignored. When you purchase a theme that includes the Revolution Slider plugin, there is not an individual purchase code for the plugin – it’s an extended license for us theme developers. You can only register the plugin if you have purchased the plugin by itself outside of a theme purchase with a single license – nevertheless, it’s the exact same version.
