Latest Inovado version and support

I am using Inovado 4.6.9, which appears to be the latest version. I notice in the Envato Market that the last update was 22 December 18, does that mean the theme is no longer supported?

The site is using an old Slider Revolution plugin that I cannot update since it was packaged with this theme and I am having issues editing the transitions with the slider, which may be related to the outdated version?
