Linking within or adding next to "additional information" tab in woocommerce

Is there a way to link information within the “additional information” tab in woo commerce? My tags get stripped out at the moment.

Is there a way to also add additional blocks in this area of woo commerce? There’s a tab for Description and a tab for “Additional information”- is it possible to add another tab on this line?
