    The post page displays metadata about the post like date, author, and tags under the title. You can select which options you want displayed in the Theme Options under Appearance in the WordPress admin area. Suppose that you chose to display date, author, and tags and not show other metadata.

    Then if you create a post without any tags, an HTML list element is still created for the element. The list item is empty, but it exists. If this list empty list element happens to be the last element in the list, it will have the last-child CSS styling applied to it (even though it’s not visible). This prevents the last visible element from getting these styles, which results in incorrect styling as seen in the screenshot.

    This should be very simple to fix, I would really appreciate a patch asap.
