Missing Top Bar

Hi,
I don’t know if I miss the configuration or not!
Here are the question :
1. My Top bar not appearing any social media icon ? Where I can set visible for my social media Icons in Top Bar ?
2. How to removing the topbar on Header 2 style.
3. How to custom the footer like this example
