More content in header

Hi, I’m looking to create a header with a Gravity Form in it. See this page for what I’m wanting it to look like: https://www.authenticfoodquest.com/HOME/

I create this as just a row with a background image and I’ve hidden the header, but you see there’s a big white gap above the row. And I have to manually add a down arrow at the bottom of the section (which I haven’t figured out how to make work, mrrk). I’d like to either:

1. Figure out how to add content to the header and style it.
or
2. Remove that white gap below the menu bar.

Please help?
