Navigation on smartphone cuts off a picture

I’ve another problem with my new website:

Startseite

I’ve a picture of a lady on the startpage. It looks fine in desktop computer and also on tablets.
But on smartphones the head of the lady is almost cut off. Could you give me an advice how to fix this problem.
