No static home page option.

Hi, I’ve installed the Unicorn theme. Created a menu and made a start on pages & posts. I’ve created a page called ‘home’ gone to Settings>Reading and there is no option to set a static homepage (it’s just not there). I’m on the latest version of WP. The page is published, I’ve gone through all the settings and can’t work out why. Can you help? The site is http://www.relishdigital.com/ or http://www.relishdigital.com/home . Thanks, Gary
