Page Url redirects to an image

Hi Support- i’m experiencing something weird and was hoping you could shed a little light on the issue.

I created a page- and for some reason it added a -2 at the end of the url, meaning there was another page created with that url. Unfortunately, there is not. Ive looked and cannot find anything. If you remove the -2 at the end of the url, it redirects to an image..

I’ve updated the permalinks and i’m not sure where else to look.

https://www.glasi.us/machining-2 is the page i’d like to change the URL to remove the (-2).

Any help would be great!
