Page/post title in left sidebar layout

Hi.
I would like to have the title removed from the titlebar and moved to the content area (id #content div). Is there an option for this?
Also, there seems to be no option to disable the title and leave the breadcrumbs in the titlebar.
The problem: in the left sidebar layout the title is located over the sidebar, which is an obvious error and looks bad:

This looks even worse when there is content in the sidebar. There has to be a visual connection between the page/post title and the content and this is broken in this layout. The layouts favour right sidebar layouts, the left sidebar layout is broken in this respect.
Please let me know how do you suggest to fix this.
