Possible Website Hack?

Our site, ImageMakersAdv.com is using your theme & is monitored by Sucuri Security service. A month ago we updated WP core, theme & plugins to its latest versions. I just got an alert from Sucuri with potential malware detected. The following file paths were presented in the alert. Do these have to do with your theme (& I can ignore the malware warnings as a false positive)? Or has our site been compromised (as these aren’t part of your theme at all?

wp-admin/includes/class-fileq.php
wp-admin/includes/class-file.php
