progress bar and counter animation is not working

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago i have installed the theme on my wordpress page and imported the demo pages.
On het page “home – new” you can see 3 progress bars and counters below it. When i look at my website i can the information in this area, but the animations ( progress bar filling and numbers counting upwards) are not shown. However when i use “inspect” on the website, the animation suddenly starts. How can i fix this?
