Purchase Code/Theme x 2

Hi,
I bought your theme twice for two different pages. Now I realized that I downloaded from Themeforest twice the same files (I’m almost sure). My question is what can I change in the code to make the second page seen as based on different licence (is there any option to do that without reinstalling the theme as I’m in a middle of work on the page)?
