Removing/Deleting Pages from theme

Hi, this might be a silly question but I was wondering what the best practice is (when it comes to SEO) and removing/deleting pages from the theme that are not used?

As I can tell there are 87 pages that make up the theme and I wasn’t sure if deleting the ones that aren’t being used would help SEO. I’d imagine having lots of pages that are just templates with filler text would reduce the overall SEO ranking. So, is there is a quick way of deleting all that are not used or would it be pointless?
