Same meta description on blog overview pages

Hi Phil

My SEO online tool says that 6 of my pages do not have an individual meta description. It’s the blog overview pages which I set to a maximum of 10 posts per page. I’ve read that there should be something like a nextpage tag to indicate that those 6 pages are actually only 1 long page but I have no idea how and where to implement such a tag. Have I overseen anything in the theme that would do this automatically?
