Site trapped in Boxed Layout

hey gang,

thanks for a great theme! i have the site setup in my staging area and it is showing perfectly with full width elements. however, when i transferred everything to my client’s domain, the site is somehow locked in boxed view.

i have deactivated all of the nonessential plugins, and none seem to be causing the problem. i am seeing it in the frontend code. the element #page-wrap has the class .container applied to it on the problem site, whereas there is no class assigned in the staging area. both sites are set to full width in theme settings.

any help would be greatly appreciated! and thanks!
