Smooth Scroll Question

I just tried the smooth scroll function on https://www.bankersinsurance.net/smoothscroll-test-page/ and can’t get it to work. The top two links (Business Management and Human Resources) both have the .pagescroll class and I added the class name to the appropriate rows as well according to your documentation. I also enabled One Page in the Theme Options > Header. However, when clicking the links, not only does it not smooth scroll, but the contents of the row become blank. Any suggestions?
