Sticky header, mobile menu, logo positioning/visibility problems

Hello –
three problems
1 – the Sticky Header is not sticky on a PC or mobile *Yes, I have selected YES in the Header settings.

2 – there’s no navigation on mobile. None at all on the iPhone, none on Portrait view for a tablet.

3 – Logo does not show on the iphone 4 (not sure about later iPhones or other smartphones). Plus. the logo is not centered on other smartphones, devices.

It’s as though the header is not responsive (topbar, logo and main navigation)

Background information. I have combined header 2 & 4 per your instructions ( in the old forum).
