Testimonial-slider not stopping on mouse hover

Hi Phil,
For some reason the testimonial-slider does not seem to be working as it should.
1. Does not stop on hover
2. Does not seem to change the slide speed even though I have changed the speed.

Here are my settings:

items: 1,
loop: true,
margin:10,
autoHeight:true,
autoplay: true,
slideSpeed : 15000,
stopOnHover : true,
navigation : true,
});
