Translating Contact Info

I’ve followed the instructions on Translation and Renaming on Inovado Documentation and edited wp-config.php adding the line:

1	define ('WPLANG', 'pt_BR');

However it did not work.
So, I searched wordpress’s documentation (https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language) and found that after verion 4.0 you need to change languages using Settings > General > Site Language.

I did that and it worked partially !
Most of the website got translated, however few things like “Contact Info” at the footer did not translate.

It seems that translations inside admin-pt_BR are not being displayed.
How can I fix that?
