Transparent Header on Homepage – Solid header elsewhere

Phil,

I would like to have a transparent header on my home page (which is already there), but on the other pages I want to use a solid header. How do I go about doing so? http://www.pickwaste.com

In addition, The video button element is not opening up and I have tried re-entering the link multiple times. Please let me know how I should fix that (right when the site loads there is a button “click to watch video”)
