Unicon Child Theme: breadcrumbs.php doesn't override the original file

Hello,

since I wanted to show the breadcrumbs on the home page, I wanted to change the following line in the breadcrumbs.php file.

1	$show_on_home   = 1;

It works in the file of the original theme, but the file within the child theme does not override the original one.
The location is unicon-child > framework > inc > breadcrumbs.php.

The header files and other templates in the child theme work fine, except the breadcrumbs.
Do you have any suggestions?
