Unicon migration problem

Hi,

I have a perfectly working installation of wordpress with Unicon on my local mamp pro.
I’ve spent a whole day trying to migrate it to a sandbox server, using backupbuddy, manually, trying different options… even reset the installation on the sandbox server but I still have the same problem:
The theme options menu or page don’t appear in the back end (in the sandbox version) and in the front end header and footer do not display…

I’m not new to these sort of migrations and have used backup buddy for years, but this one really buffles me…
Any chance you could have a look to see if you can find the issue?
Both server and mamp run the same version of php and mySql. I’ve also gone through and set folder permissions as wordpress recommends.
