Unicon Shortcode / blog posts quantity

I’m trying to limit the blog posts on my homepage to one. I’m using [minti_recentposts] which displays 3 posts on the page. I found this code from one of the home pages that came with Unicon, but I don’t know how to limit the quantity. In addition, is there a resource where I can find some shortcodes for the Unicon theme?
