Unicon theme not installing on AWS server

Installing the Unicon theme on an AWS server is not allowing the Theme Options screen to work correctly. It says that there are both errors and warnings and to ‘save options’ (which doesn’t do anything). When I look at the developers console in my browser, it lists a bunch of 404 errors saying it can’t find any of the bitnami core files.
