Visual composer have not "design option"

hello, I need to know if you can tell me why the visual composer in your theme “unicon” no presents some basic and very necessary functions in other themes if they are. The function to which I refer is “design option” with which you can position any object in space using the margins “padding”, etc ..
The truth is that your theme “unicon” is very complete and I have used it in some web project I’ve done, but to continue using it with other projects I need to know how to activate the option “design options” on your theme “Unicon”. I have attached a picture of the option to which I refer in another theme running the same version of Visual Composer (4.12).
