WooCommerce coupon box is supposed to be on both the cart and checkout

We want to have the customer to be able to to enter the coupon/promo code on both the cart and checkout pages.Currently it is only on the cart page. According to WooCommerce it should be on both pages. We didn’t do any customization on either the one can you confirm. Thanks!
