I have a site with the blog shown in the main nav as “News.” “News” is also shown in the Titlebar when viewing blog posts. And the permalink structure is set to this:

    /news/%postname%/

There are two things that aren’t working the way I’d like:

    1. The breadcrumbs for an individual blog post shows as Home -> [category] -> [postname]. I would rather it mirrored the URL and showed as Home -> News -> [postname]. Any way to get that? An author page should be Home -> News -> [author]. Category page should be Home -> News -> [category].

    2. When you are viewing the main blog page, the nav shows that you are in “News,” but for any other blog-related page, none of the main nav items are selected. I’d like for News to always be highlighted when a post, category, or any other blog content is being viewed.

Thank you in advance for your help.
