Blog posts – sidemenu is missing

I’ve got two problems, please, help:

1. I’ve chosen this template for blog: medium images/medium sidebar right
It works for the main blog page, but when I go to the blog entries, the side bar is gone and the photos are large. I’d like the sidebar to stay exactly the same as the main blog site, and I want the photos to be smaller in size (as shown at the demo on your page)

2. Problem with the header main menu. When switching between pages (main page, blog, shop, etc), the header with menu is loading every time. Is it possible for it not to do that, to save loading time? I want it to behave like on your demo presentation.
