Changing order of filters on portfolio

Is it possible to change the order of filters on the portfolio?

Our portfolio is filtering by year, and we would like the have the most recent year closest to the “all” button, but as it is now, it goes in alphanumeric order (so, 2014 / 2015 / 2016 / 2017 ) Can the order of filters be customized? Our other portfolio has three topics, “K-12, undergraduate, and public”, and rather than alphabetical listing, we would like these listed in the order above.
