Changing Overlay Title Effect and Colour

Hi, I have a question regarding the Title Effect Image Overlay.

Is it possible to change the grey image overlay to white (or transparent) background?, and change the font colour to black.

And, when the title comes from the bottom, the image moves upward cutting off the top of the image. Is it possible for the title to come up and have the image not move. If not, can I just have the title appear at the bottom of the image under the image on hover?
