fallback image showing for a sec before background video kicks in

On the main page I have a ROW with a background video filling up the whole screen basically (the main front page video on the site) . there is a option for a fallback image for mobile.

when you load up the site on the computer this image shows for a second then the video kicks in. I do not want the fallback image to show AT ALL before the video on the computer version of the site.

I would rather have it fade in from black or something. without changing how the mobile versions work.
