Fresh Install and having Issues installing Req'd Plugins

Hi,
I just picked up this theme and I’m getting the following error when attempting to install the required plugins for the first time:

Downloading installation package from http://surfaceshield1.com/wp-content/themes/unicon/framework/plugins/js_composer.zip…

Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I did some research on your comments section in Envato and this appears to be a common problem with quite a few of your installers. I have checked with my host to find out whether or not it is ‘safe’ to install a function on the server that “auto installed plugins”. They say it is NOT safe.

You mentioned many times that in my install folder there should be a folder called “/framework/plugins/” … this folder does not exist anywhere in the downloaded ‘All Files & Documentation’ download from Envato.

I need help with this right away please.
