    Hi Phil,

    I am able to see the mobile menu (hamburger icon) on my desktop when I resize the browser window. Breakpoint is set to 1199px. I have cleared the browser cache and still do not see the hamburger icon.

    It appears the the mobile menu is showing blow 1199px but the menu is not collapsing down to the hamburger icon on the actual mobile device.
